Job Description:

  • Handle incoming call and emails enquiries from customers
  • Explain brand promotions and express product knowledge
  • Manage customer interaction, identify needs and handle complaints
  • Process all value added services as required

 

Job Requirement:

  • From 5 or above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant customer service experience
  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
  • Ability to work independently and strong in problem solving skills
  • PC knowledge and typing skill desirable
