Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager – Hong Kong and Macau (Based in Hong Kong).
- Responsible for growing sustainable wholesale sales with customers (Medium Chain and Independents) for assigned brand portfolio in Hong Kong strengthening market share and trade visibility.
- Deliver sales target (Door, Volume and Value) for the Hong Kong optical market for assigned brands.
- Deliver smart sell-in programs and effective sell-out strategies.
- Present and sell-in new sunglasses and optical frame collections three times a year.
- Work with internal departments (Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance) to significantly improve customer service levels and consequently satisfaction.
- Enforce brand and marketing guidelines.
- Prepare market intelligence report and update management about business progress.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years or above sales experience
- Preferred experience working with international companies (Consumer products, Fragrances, Cosmetics, Fashion, Eyewear, Footwear, Watches, Jewellery)
- Experience in Optical industry is a plus (including glasses, sunglasses, lenses, contact lense)
- Natural acumen for not only driving sell in but also a real understanding of retail operation and able to drive the sell through
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus)
