Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all inbound enquires (call, e-mail or Internet and direct inquires to appropriate department or person)
- Other duties as assigned/required
Requirements/Skills:
- 2-3 years of work experience in customer service/telesales/inside sales role
- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks quickly and accurately
- Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
