To cope with our very exciting business expansion into the toy sector with 4 brands added into our portfolio soon, we are now looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join us. The ideal candidate should be passionate, results driven, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales accounts portfolio by developing new retail channels and expanding existing ones
• Build and maintain close partnership relationships with retailers and keep top-of-the-mind brand awareness
• Forecast sales and drive sales performance to achieve growth objectives and exceed sales targets
• Strengthen the assigned brand presence and deliver outstanding operational standards.
• Identify market potential and market shifts while being fully aware of new brands, new products and competition status
• Participate in exhibition and trade shows or other sales/marketing event to boost sales
• Maximize brand profitability by analyzing sales reports and statistics and taking appropriate actions 

   Requirement

•    Degree holder in any discipline with 5 years or above sales experience
•    Experience in toys business is highly preferred
•    Excellent understanding and familiarity of current chain stores’ operation
•    Self-motivated, pro-active, strong interpersonal and communication skills
•    Strong numeric and analytical ability
•    Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
•    Candidates with less experience may be considered Senior Account Manager
