Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Manager – Sales and Marketing to achieve sales target and generate both revenue and profit for passenger cars 
• Assist in formulating and implementing effective business plans and strategies
• Organize and execute various sales and marketing campaigns
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize sales performance
• Monitor daily operation of sales team and motivate the salesmen by providing proper training and coaching  
• Maintain successful partnerships and relationships with the Principals for all sales and product development matters
• Prepare various sales and market intelligence reports and analysis regularly
• Prepare vehicle order documents and approve vehicle registration documents
• Maintain high standard of showroom conditions

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in the automobile industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team leading experience and proven track records in driving sales
• Strong clientele, network and business acumen in vehicle segments
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Strong entrepreneurship and can-do mindset
• Technical knowledge of automotive is definitely an advantage
