Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling and coordination works to our customers, overseas and internal department
• Responsible for daily booking, monitoring transportation issues
• Answer enquiries and provide quality service to customers

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above;
• At least 2 year’s customer services or sales support experience in the Liner / Forwarder / Logistics;
• Hands-on MS Office applications knowledge;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
