Job Description

THE TASK

Joining our Customer Service Teams here will provide you a whole new experience in the Customer Service world.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide quality and efficient excellent customer service to customer
  • Ensure customer queries and complaints are quickly and effectively resolved
  • Able to work on shift including Sun & PH

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 years experience in Customer Service role
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
  • Good interpersonal, communication and team skills
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, Putonghua
  • Good PC knowledge and typing skills. Chinese typing an advantage
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduate applicant also welcome
  • IANG applicants are welcome
