Thicas Interiors - An interior decoration solution provider. The ideal candidate will come from a tiles, wood flooring, furniture or design background in sales or business development and have a passion for high end, quality furniture.

Reporting to and working alongside the Sales Director, this role will have you out and about networking, visiting, presenting, and developing and maintaining relationships with A&D's to increase product awareness in Hong Kong and Southern China. 

This is an exciting role for many reasons, with a huge amount of scope and future opportunities. You will be an integral part of the growth of the company motivating new business opportunities with authenticity as the company expand in Asia. You must speak fluent Cantonese and English (Mandarin an advantage). You will be well presented, ambitious, open minded and understand the. Role and Responsibilities:

•          Promote our collections and solutions to interior designers, developers and contractors
•          Develop, maintain and strengthen long lasting relationships
•          Set and achieve target sales results for yourself, the team and company
•          Find a balance between short and long term goals
•          Submit weekly progress reports to Sales Director
•          Manage your own sales accounts including updating CRM management system

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

•          Bachelor’s degree
•          At least 2 years relevant working experience in a similar role, specific knowledge of the hospitality sector is a huge plus
•          Good working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and word processing software
•          Experience in interior decoration is a plus
•          Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
•          Well organized, responsible and independent
