Responsibilities:

• Work closely logistic department on client’s purchase orders processing to ensure highest fulfilment rate to maximize the sales potential and secure orders from clients
• Close follow up with the retailers/BA supervisors/SOM to always keep the right level of stock /POSM/GWP on counters on timely manner
• Coordinate with merchandising team and follow-up with field staff to ensure the international guideline has been respected and executed properly on counters
• Liaise with marketing and field team on timely delivery of POSM and GWP for animation updates and promotional activities to support the execution
• Conduct analysis on sales (Sell In/Sell Out), promotional activities and others
• Control assortment of each client to align with business strategies

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in business administration
• 3 years’ experience in related field, experience in Travel Retail is advantageous.
• Strong numeric sense and analytical skill
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organized, responsible, proactive and detail-oriented
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good command of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
