The New Business Development Director will be a highly effective and proven B2B consultative sales person.  He or she will be responsible for finding and developing new business from key vertical industries, growing existing accounts, and building profitable translation distribution alliances and partnerships to further MYL’s reach.

To qualify for this role, you will need:

• Six to eight years’ experience selling business services to multinationals at a senior strategic level;
• Solid track record of delivering significant sales growth;
• Professional and engaging demeanor. Able to act as a Brand Ambassador for MYL at conventions and networking opportunities;
• Ability to present and gain rapport with Director and C-level prospects;
• Team player with a collaborative and inclusive way of working;
• Highly organised, excellent time management and attention to detail;
• Self-starter and driven with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude;
• Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment;
• Fluent written and spoken English, fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is highly desirable;
• University degree.
