Responsibilities : 

• Responsible for handling daily booking.
• Communicate with overseas offices, agents & customers.
• Responsible for issuing booking, updating data into the system, providing customer service to clients, and order follow-up.
• Coordinate and communicate with different parties (Warehouse, Truckers, Customers, & Colleagues).

Requirements : 

• Tertiary education with 2 or more years’ solid experience in Air Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
• Preferable to have relevant certificate / training in respect of Cargo Security; Cargo Handling; Dangerous Good Awareness / Regulations / Customer Service handling.
• Good spoken / written English & Chinese, Mandarin preferable.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills & good telephone manner.
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel.
• Independent, customer-oriented, self-motivated.
• Report to Supervisor & Assistant Manager - Customer Service.

Working Location:  36 Tsing Yi Hong Wan Road, Asia Logistics Hub

                                  (10-minute free shuttle bus provided @Tsing Yi MTR)

Working Hours:  5 work day (40-hour) per week with OT pay.
