Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange shipment schedule with various parties
• Order processing and follow up payment. 
• Handle shipment schedule, booking, customer requirements and coordinate with factory/sales on shipping documents
• Monitor all shipments in transit and alert needed parties in case of any problems
• Responsible for preparing / checking  full set of Export shipping documents and customs declaration
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management
  
  

Requirement:

• Minimum 0-5 years’ experience in shipping field (fresh graduate is also welcomed)
• Good communication skill and good team player
• Fluent speaking English, Mandarin & Cantonese including read and write English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, Chinese WP and online booking.
• Able to work under pressure and independently, aggressive and self-motivated. Punctual with strong sense of responsibility.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
