The Job

  • Achieve general insurance, group & individual medical and group life new business and renewal targets through broker channel
  • Promote FWD’s general insurance and employee benefits products and services to brokers
  • Provide sales presentation and member briefing to clients and brokers    
  • Liaise with employee benefits and general insurance underwriters/operations
  • Collect market intelligence to marketing team to facilitate product and services competitiveness improvement                           

The Person

  • University graduate with at least 7 years solid experience in general insurance and employee benefits.
  • IIQAS Paper 1,2 and 3 licensed or equivalent professional qualification
  • Solid PIBA/CIB broker network
  • Good general insurance and employee benefits product and service knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation sills
  • Proactive and confidence to achieve aggressive sales targets and attain career success
