Job Description
Job Duties
- Provide customer service support and general clerical duties, including data entry
- Answer inbound calls and handle customers’ inquiries and complaints
Requirements
- F.5 or above with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skill
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin
- Responsible and work independently
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good co-ordination and follow up actions with related departments
- Hands-on PC experience in MS Word and Excel
- No sales is required
- Required to work on shift (09:00-18:00/15:00-23:00) including Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays
