Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular review of existing procedures and systems with team members
• Periodically evaluate, reallocate resources, monitor and regulate team member’s performance and workload, and provide assistance where and when necessary to ensure optimal efficiency
• Check incoming  invoices for correctness in amount and automatic allocation
• Ensure follow-up of unclear invoices with  internal / external parties
• Ensure timely booking of all incoming invoice within KPI
• Escalation of too long outstanding and other problem cases to superior
• Update Track and Trace systems, export declaration application, send shipping advice to overseas stations & specify customers

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in logistic/forwarding industry with exposure in airfreight 
• University graduate in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Sound knowledge in SAP / Tradelink / CRM / FOS
• Good computer skills
