Job Responsibilities :

• Support sales team to provide pre / after sales service related documents
• Develop and maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients
• Handle sales follow-up and customers' enquiries and drive for results to meet client's expectation in a professional manner
• FMCG/LBP shop visit when necessary
• Participate in sales & marketing activities & events when necessary
• Handle ad hoc projects and documents works as assigned

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing or Customer Service field.
• Cheerful, Positive, Proactive, Self-confident, a good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Hard working, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multi-task activities with tight deadlines
• Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
• Good written and spoken skills in English/ Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate or short notice would be an advantage
