Responsibilities

• Manage a sizable team of Field/In store Operations Supervisors and Merchandisers to add value to our brand portfolio within the Key accounts channels
• Manage the execution of the development and implementation of category, distribution strategies, shelf management and promotional strategies by brand and product plans
• Build up connections and develop relationships with retailers via regular field accomplishment and checking
• Motivate and develop the team by providing regular feedback in market accompaniment and formal review

 Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Business or related disciplines will be highly regarded.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in Key Chain or FMCG industry, familiar with Key Account operations
• Good communication, interpersonal and planning skills
• Analytical skills are very important
• Independent and proactive
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
