Responsibility:

• Work closely with Project Department to implement control measures to ensure work programs are engineered to the highest reliable standards
• Provide professional site management and oversee all site activities
• Responsible for project deliveries, quality of work and technical advancement in the Company
• Devise and maintain the maintenance plan and monitor periodic maintenance schedule
• Work out solutions with suppliers and related parties with engineering trouble-shooting tools and methods
• Responsible for electrical/mechanical drawings, project management, onsite supervision and engineering support 
• Ensure statutory compliance of maintenance activities and on-time delivery of projects and related document

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant on-site working experience, preferably in construction of hospitality 
• Overseas experience in contracting and renovation will be a definite advantage
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical mind
• Proactive, enthusiastic , strong sense of responsibility and positive thinking
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office is essential
• Willing to travel and take challenge in a fast moving environment
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
