私達のお客様である日本の不動産業者様が、日本語のできる営業を探されています。
【仕事内容】
・日本人の法人のお客様からの要望（駐在員の賃貸探し、事務所賃貸探し）の対応（既存顧客割合70%）
・要望を受けての物件の選定
・土、日曜日で物件へ案内
・家具の手配や、公共料金支払い等のサポート
・引渡し
【求める経験、能力】
【必須】
・日本語(N1レベル)
・営業経験
【歓迎】
・SQE資格取得者（試用期間中に取る事も可）
・営業経験3-5年で2社目の方
・真面目で明るく、コミュニケーション能力の高い方
