Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers and deliver quality service
Answer customer's enquiries and complaints
No need to cold call

Requirements:

Diploma or above with 2 years relevant experience
Higher Diploma or above with no working experience will be consider as junior position
Experience in call center or hotline is an advantage
Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
Good spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin is preferable

Working Location: Shatin

Work hour: 0800 - 2200, 9 hours per day, 8 days day off per month
