A famous lifestyle retail brand is hiring an energetic and committed AROM to join their well established and still growing team. The brand is an international brand and it has over 20 POS in HK & Macau. 

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the staff and store operations for ard 8 POS in HK
• Facilitate effective sales strategies and propose incentive scheme to boost sales and staff performance
• In charge of retail projects such as CRM activities, new shop opening and renovation
• Monitor Mystery Shopper Program, ensure the brand image and high quality CS level are well maintained at stores
• Review the SOP to maximize overall operations efficiency, store profitability, and make sure all store in optimum inventory level
• Work with marketing team and lead retail marketing promotions such as roadshow event

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years retail experience with supervisory level in fashion/ apparel/ W&J/ accessories industry
• Good team player with excellent communication skill; able to work with diverse people
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent command in Excel is a must
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin
