Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist sales team for all daily administrative and operation task
Regular daily and monthly sales report punctual updating
Coordinate with internal department for execution of daily sales order
Regular call to key account stores for order taking and stock arrangement
ad hoc sales related task will be assigned

Job Requirement

Diploma Holder
Key account / General Trade sales coordination or administration experience is preferred.
Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
Presentable, Team player, detail-minded, multi-tasking
Good command in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
