Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints with professional manner
• Entertain existing customers, no cold calls required
• Establish sustainable and trustful relationship with clients
• Liaise with internal members to fulfill customers’ requirement
• Assists in UAT (User Acceptance Test) before product launch
• Generate monthly statistics report for both internal and external parties’ review
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Non-Degree Tertiary or Bachelor Degree
• With technical knowledge in mobile apps and terminals is an advantage
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Familiar with PC, especially for MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, etc.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated, detail-oriented, and a good team player
• Able to multi-task and meticulous in following up details
• Non-relevant experience or fresh graduate will be considered; on job training is provided
• Immediate availability preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer
