Job Description:

• Maintain and upkeep daily operation and administration system, including website maintenance, reports preparation, handling inquiry and maintain internal record
• Coordinate with internal parties and customers to keep the project move on
• Plan and implement the training and sales events, including program run-down, flyer preparation, promotions, on-site support & pre-event coordination
• Assist Business Development team in development, implementation of new business model and tools applying in the local market
• Assist ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with at least 2 years’ relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Excel, Word Powerpoint, and reporting tools
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently as well as be a team player
• Outgoing, energetic and result-oriented
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
• Enjoys multi-tasking and administrative work in a fast paced environment
