Responsibilities:

• Plan and forecast seasonal purchase budgets
• Forecast pre-season and in-season sales and inventory
• Analyze sales performance and inventory level
• Prepare sales budget plan and analyse sales report data
• Work closely with buyers to monitor planned sales, planned gross profit, and planned markdowns
• Work closely with buyers to monitor the approved OTB
• Manage good balance of stock level among stores
• Manage mark down during sale period so as to maximise sales and maintain planned gross profit
• Co-ordinate with various departments to work on projects and daily operations.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years retail experience, preferably in fashion industry
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills are essential
• Excellent skill in Excel is essential. Knowledge of PowerPoint, Access, other database software or planning systems will be an advantage
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese and English is preferred
• Should be well-organised and pro-active, with great attention to detail
• Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work on tight deadlines
• Strong team player with supervisory skills
