Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for account servicing and quotations and achieve the sales target as approved by Company budget
• Forecast and suggest Director on any new opportunities from market
• Implement sales activities and initiate promotion to drive sales growth for Hong Kong market
• Develop potential client according to company strategy, e.g. acquire and develop new clients to increase penetration in the assigned channel
• To provide after sales services to customers to ensure their needs are met with professionalism
• Build up long term customers, maintain good relationship and gain repetitive businesses wherever possible
• Initiate marketing strategies to enhance competitiveness and profitability of the assigned products
• Drive brand awareness, research engagement, trial, purchase and expand consumer base
• Utilize relevant databases to gather consumer and marketing information necessary for conducting analysis and generate accurate and timely results
• Take part in ad hoc projects assigned by superior from time-to-time
   

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Sales or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in Catering / F&B industry, with managing of retails industry is preferable
• Successful experience in developing business and managing distributors in PRC market
• Knowledge in frozen and chilled foods, dairy products is preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and fluent Putonghua
• Good knowledge in using MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Demonstrated leadership skill, ability to bring up subordinates’ potential, self-starter with good analytical mind, problem-solver and attend to details
• Working location at Shenzhen office
• Immediately available or short notice period is highly preferred

Working hours:

• 5.5 working days per week
• Mon to Fri 09:00-17:30
• Sat 09:00-13:00 (one Saturday off per month)
