What you will experience:

Reporting to Customer Care Manager, the job holder will be responsible for supporting and driving for premium customer service through the implementation of various customer service enhancement initiatives and training programs for the service centre professionals.  You will support the Manager in service centre & customer feedback system monitoring to identify trends and training needs for quality services to consumers, in handling customer enquiries/complaints/requests, in various global/local reporting & analysis, as well as ad hoc projects and assignments. 

Talent we are looking for:

• University graduate major in any disciplines, with SNutrition or nursing knowledge an advantage
• Minimum 3 years solid customer service experience preferrably in multinational environement
• Customer-oriented, mature thinking, good problem solving and effective communications skills
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is preferred
• Those with more experience will be considered Senior Executive
