Responsibilities:

• Handle Customer enquiries and complaints
• Prepare sales orders and quotations
• Follow-up on order delivery
• Provide operational & administrative support to sales team
• Strengthen customer relationship

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 1 year related working experience
• Good in communication & telephone manner
• Excellent command of spoken& written English and Mandarin
• Well organized and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is highly preferred
