Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for soliciting the new shop location and liaise with property developer for the terms and contract
- Stock inventory control
- Implement CRM program
- Prepare weekly sales report
- Maintain shop roaster, outer appearance and visual merchandizing of the shops
- Ensure sufficient and optimal shop inventory control
- Control & support in-store promotion with front line sales team
- Plan, prepare and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales target laid down by management
Requirements:
- Must have 5 years retail operation experience and proven track record in management of frontline staff; and 5 years of FASHION experience
- Must have proven track record in sales & marketing
- Good human skill
- Good spoken English and Chinese
- Good basic and high incentive scheme
