Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from VIP guests, and answer general and specific questions regarding groups, shipboard product offerings, programs and reservation policies
• Work closely with Sales on execution of Telesales programs
• Capture, update and maintain the Database with accurate member information to ensure appropriate recognition on future sailings
• Provide updated cabin availability and sailing itineraries to VIPs
• Proactively give valuable information to the guests and to get them to be interested in next booking
• Provide customer services and membership related support
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in business management, Marketing or related disciplines
• Experience in customer service or sales admin related industry
• Ability to relate to customers over the phone to patiently and efficiently resolve their queries or needs
• Must have strong administrative skills, problem solving skills and be well organized
• Detail-orientated, able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing. Knowledge of AS400 or similar reservations system preferred
• Knowledge of international travel and basics preferred
• Immediately available is highly preferred
