Responsibilities:

• Leading Sales team to achieve Company’s goals with high standard of professional and compliance excellence;
• Responsible to develop the company short, middle and long-term China market sales strategy to drive the sales growth;
• Responsible to identify and develop the new potential customers, and maintain the good partnership with existing customers;
• Coach and lead the sales team to achieve the sales target;
• Responsible to handle all the customers’ inquiries, complaints to ensure the best sales service being offered to the customers;
• Work closely with customer & supplier to expand the sales channels as well as explore new product opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree / High Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or related discipline;
• At least 10 years solid sales experience in electrical and mechanical products, knowledge in motors is preferable;
• Overseas working experience, especially in China is an advantage;
• Have proven track record of sales performance in previous companies;
• Have excellent communication and people management skills;
• Strong business acumen, organization and negotiation skills;
• Energetic, self-starter and positive attitude;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Stationed in Shenzhen;
• Immediate available is preferable.
