• Handle customer enquiries and requests via phone & walk-in clients
• Handle all enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Work closely with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer enquiries and requests
• Provide support and recommendations to management on improvement of customer service quality
• Telephone sales calls to potential customers

Requirements :

• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Native in Indonesian Bahasa  or Tagalog  language is a MUST
• Holder of H.K. Identity Card & Dependant Visa or H.K. Permanent Identity Card
• Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
• Highly persuasive, self-motivated, self-confident and customer service oriented
• Well-organized, hardworking, aggressive and able to work under pressure
