Job Description
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer’s enquiry and complaints with professional manner to achieve service excellence
- Prepare report
- Order Entry
- Handle daily order operation
- Communicate with warehouse and logistics department
Requirements:
- F.6 or above
- At least 3 year working experiences
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Customer-oriented with good telephone manner
- Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
- Immediate available is highly recommended
Remuneration
- 5.5 Working Days (Alternative Saturday)
- Bank Holidays
- Double Pay
