Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and track sales performance and cost across customer segments to measure Sales Execution adherence to sales plans and propose corrective actions to the stakeholders
- Create performance reports and presentations for the Executive Management
- Develop a forward looking sales planning tool and define reporting frequency and formats.
- Develop, maintain and monitor the implementation of Country sales policies, guidelines and standards for the sales organization; initiate corrective actions if necessary
- Align with representatives from other Standards and Governance Departments to work on joint standards and quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify training needs and develop trainings on sales management, systems, processes and products
- Promote use of CRM system for sales planning activities
- Collect user requirements for systems needed to ensure efficient marketing and transparent sales activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Around 4 years relevant experience in managing sales performance and customer relationship preferably in logistics industry
- Experienced in SAP and CRM
- Well organized, attentive to details with creativity and strong analytic skills
- Customer and result oriented
