Responsibilities:

• Analyze and track sales performance and cost across customer segments to measure Sales Execution adherence to sales plans and propose corrective actions to the stakeholders
• Create performance reports and presentations for the Executive Management
• Develop a forward looking sales planning tool and define reporting frequency and formats.
• Develop, maintain and monitor the implementation of  Country sales policies, guidelines and standards for the sales organization; initiate corrective actions if necessary
• Align with representatives from other Standards and Governance Departments to work on joint standards and quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify training needs and develop trainings on sales management, systems, processes and products
• Promote use of CRM system for sales planning activities
• Collect user requirements for systems needed to ensure efficient marketing and transparent sales activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Around 4 years relevant experience in managing sales performance and customer relationship preferably in logistics industry
• Experienced in SAP and CRM
• Well organized, attentive to details with creativity and strong analytic skills
• Customer and result oriented
