Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to CS Booking Coordinator’s etiquette on phone manner, customer enquiries, handling complaints, problem solving and communication with both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure all bookings be completed in FIS as per the company booking guidelines and policies, included but not limited to timely and correct rate retrieval, timely D&D advice to customers, timely vessel balancing, pre-assign MTD number, VPC cut-off compliance/restriction, ACI/AMS manifest booking requirements, COD/COV, rework, e-booking, SOC, special cargoes, return shipment, load permission for consol cargoes, etc.
  • Adhere to CS Key Performance Indicators.
  • Ensure timely resolution on RA issues.
  • Adhere to the stipulated CS code of conduct.
  • Adhere to effective team spirit and resolve miscommunication efficiently.
  • Support the Customer Service Booking Senior Coordinator on identifying and resolving problems.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience in logistics /  freight forwarding / shipping liners
  • Higher Diploma in Logistics or other related disciplines is appreciated
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing
