A luxury brand is actively looking for experienced CS/ after sales calibres to provide excellent services to their VIP customers.
Main duties:
- Responsible for premium after sales and repair services
- Provide high quality customer services, handle customer enquiries efficiently
- Handle incoming email and phone enquiries in a professional manner
- Repair registration and general administrative duties
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 8 years experience in retail industry
- Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded with good business sense
- Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Less experience will be considered as After Sales Services Executive
