Responsibilities

• Working in an online flower shop to provide customer service
• Communicate with eCommerce buyers mainly through phone calls and emails, answering their enquiries on floral products
• Working with team to spread brand’s messages publicly on social media
• Working in Prince Edward Area, 6 working days on shift

Requirements

• 2 years+ experience in customer service
• Passionate in floral industry and possess basic floral knowledge
• Fluent Cantonese, good English and Mandarin, good writing skills
• Knowledgeable in computer skills, able to work with eCommerce system, Chinese and English typing is a must

職責

• 負責網上花店的客戶服務工作
• 主要透過電話及電郵與客人溝通，準確地解答客人對花藝產品的查詢
• 與團隊合作，透過網上社交平台傳遞品牌資訊
• 太子區工作，6天輪班制

要求

• 2年或以上客戶服務工作經驗
• 對花藝有熱誠，具有花藝基本知識
• 流利粵語、良好英語及普通話，良好中英文書寫技巧
• 良好電腦知識，必須懂中英文打字，能操作網上商店系統
