工作內容:

• 跟訂單和處理相關電子郵件和傳真
• 處理出入口文件和海關申報
• 需要時處理交貨安排
• 遵從上司要求分配的其他職責

 Duties:

• Follow up orders and handling relevant Emails & fax
• Handling 1/E documents & Customs Declaration
• Handling of delivery arrangements whenever needed
• Assist other duties assigned by Superior

要求學歷:

• 中五或以上, 良好中英文, 普通話優先
• 懂MS Excel , Words ; 懂個人電腦技巧
• 至少2年相關工作經驗, 懂船務優先
• 有責任心, 靈活和良好的團隊合作　

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, Good Chinese & English, Mandarin is preferred
• PC skills in MS Excel, Words
• At Least 2 years relevant working experience.  Experience in Shipping is preferred
• Self-motivated, Hard working, efficient, flexible and a good team player
• Immediately available will be a plus

工作時間: 週一至週五09:00 至17:30 ; 週六09:00 至13:00 (長短週)

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 ; Saturday 09:00 to 13:00 (Every Another weekend)

基本薪金 : 每月HK$12,000.-

其他津貼及福利: 每月交通津貼HK$1,500.-; 銀行假期; 年終雙糧

Basic Salary : HK$12,000.-

Benefits : Monthly Transportation Allowance HK$1,500.-,  Bank Holidays and Double Pay.
