Responsibilities:  

• To contact prospective students’ parents regarding their interests in enrolling in EduSmart courses using Salesforce
• To provide sales support to centres at various company events
• To provide administrative support to whole of EduSmart
• To conduct post-enrolment survey
• To provide administrative support to marketing team
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein

Requirements: 

• Matriculated or above
• Experienced in telemarketing, currently working in related field is a advantage
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel etc.)
• Self-motivated, flexible and customer-oriented mindset
• Immediate available

Working Location: Fo Tan

Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 4 Full days (Tue – Fri), Two half days (Mon – PM & Sat – AM)
