Responsibilities:

• Work and liaise closely with all parties (customers, suppliers, forwarders, warehouse subcontractors and truckers) for goods in/out the warehouse.
• Handle independently inbound and outbound shipments and prepare necessary documentation according to clients' requirement.
• Enter customers daily sales order or delivery note into system to generate pick orders
• Proactively handle customers inquiries and complaints
• Prepare various operational reports as per SOPs and assigned
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in logistics or freight forwarding management preferred.
• 1-2 years relevant working experience.
• Good customer service skills, detail-minded and result-oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Working Location: Kwai Chung, Berth 3, Asia Terminals Centre (ATL)
