JOB DESCRIPTION

The Island Company is looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for achieving sales objectives.

The person should possess initiative and good business sense and have a high level of enthusiasm to be able to reach targets.

This position covers offline and online territories of sales. Sales Manager will have to work in a team and cooperate closely with event manager, marketing manager, digital specialists, etc. Sales manager will report directly to the Managing Director of the Company. Perfect candidate must be able to perform well in highly pressurized environments.

Detailed tasks

• Enhance existing revenue streams and developing new ones
• Develop and write up strategic plans
• Continually assess the sales processes to identify improvements and efficiencies      
• Keep an eye on competitors
• Build client relationships
• Complete all sales activity documentation
• Manage orders and ensuring goods or services promised to customers are processed efficiently
• Analyze sales data and drawing conclusions from it
• Develop and manage distribution channels
• Negotiate with vendors, customers and retail outlets
• Service the needs of existing customers collecting their feedback

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Professional

• Being proficient in Microsoft applications such as excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Having excellent accounting and numeric ability
• Being proficient in account management, customer service, time management
• Customer focused
• Proficient in Cantonese and English

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to take the initiative
• Strong presentation skills
• Have a ‘can do’ attitude towards problems
• Results orientated, energetic
