Job Description
Job Description\duties:
Part of a small team of agents
Receive and manage incoming query calls from customers
Receive and manage incoming registration calls from customers/retailers
Work closely with retail management and sales
Analyse and report day to day CS data
Make outbound calls to customers
Ad hoc CS related admin tasks
Personal Requirements:
Permit to work in Hong Kong Minimum form six High School Graduate. Inbound and outbound CS management experience necessary. Telecoms or technology preferable.
Computer literacy & good communication skills essential.
Fluent English, with Tagalog Filipino, Bahasa Indonesia, Cantonese or Thai literacy a benefit.
The applicant should have a high level of confidence when dealing with customers and be able to both lead and work as part of a team.
