You will report to the store manager and manage a team of 12 staffs. It is a very exciting opportunity as the company have a very open-minded culture, willing to take different opinions from their staff and they provide excellent opportunities for their staff to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Keep good communication with company, report the status of store development, planning, and profit & loss
• Planning and implementing different business plans in order to drive sales for the store
• Coaching, training and development the staffs of the new store

Requirements:

• 5 years or above management experience in luxury retail in Hong Kong
• Excellent communication skills, conversational English is a must
• Demonstrate strong leadership, ambitious, entrepreneur mind set
• Ability to adapt to fast changing working environment
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
