Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding support for all of our customers, ensuring that inquiries are responded to in a friendly and professional manner;
• Answer and follow up customers enquiries by emails / phone calls;
• Process KYC verifications for End Users and other data entry duties;
• Provide face-to-face training for customers who visit our headquarter to perform product demonstrations;
• Assist in the creation of support documentation, such as FAQ's and product material and
• Assist in establishing new procedures and workflow practices to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Associate degree or above;
• Over 1 year of experience in a customer support role;
• Demonstrate problem solving skills and possess strong attention to detail;
• Possess a 'can do' attitude with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience;
• Be able to quickly adapt to fast pace environment and be a quick learner and
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates looking for opportunity in the FinTech industry are also welcome and considered for junior positions.
• Immediately available or short notice is preferred
