Responsibilities:

• Handle existing customers and maintain good business relationship
• Responsible for new business development
• Provide support to the manager in the daily activities
• Prepare quotation, forecast, sales report, yearly budget
• Prepare all set of documents for purchase order, invoice, packing list etc.
• Liaise with customers, vendors and Japan HQ to achieve just-in-time delivery,
  and handle delivery arrangement
• Business trip to China/South East Asia is required
• Other ad-hoc assignments and duties as required

 Requirements: 

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Japanese (N2 or above), English, Mandarin
• Experience in electronics field and Japanese company is a definite advantage
• Proficient in MS office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Willing to learn, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Less experience/skills will be considered as sales assistant
