Job Description
Store Manager/ Shop Manager /Retail Sales - Telecommunication
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor the daily store operations, monthly roster, performance management, petty cash flow, etc.
- Lead and manage a team to implement sales strategy in order to achieve Company goal and target
- Ensure execution of all company policies at the store level to achieve projected store sales and profit objectives
- Monitor, coach and support the team to provide quality service to customers
- Back-up front-line sales on customer enquirers /complaints and provide good customer service
- Alertness on the security of privacy and stay upright at all time
- Handle emergencies and problem solving
Job Requirements
- F.5 or above
- 5 - 8 years sales and customer service experience in Retail Brands, preferably in which 4 years’ experience in supervisory or management level
- Strong business senses with excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
