Job Descriptions:

• Handle customer services at counter
• Reserve and issue jetfoil and helicopter tickets for customers
• Reserve and arrange for hotel accommodation in Macau for customers
• Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner
• Assist to boarding and disembarking arrangement for customers 
• Perform other ad hoc projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Secondary 5 or above
• At least one year working experience preferably in customer services
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua 
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• With initiative, pleasant and willing to learn
• Willing to work on shift
• Immediately available is preferred
