Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent sales services to customer
• Build a strong relationship and loyalty with customer
• Maintain the tidiness of the shop
• Handle customer enquirers and complaints

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in retail industry
• To be persuasive, independent, highly motivated and customer-oriented
• Team spirit, pleasant, hard-working, responsible and well-organized
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Work location :  Hong Kong Island / Tsim Sha Tsui 

More experience can be considered as Senior Shop Assistant
