Responsibilities:

• Manage the cargo load planning priority in coordination with airline principal
• Develop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with the industry best practices.  Set up sales call plans and ensure that the appropriate selling skills are suitably employed.
• Prepare, implement, and manage sales budget to ensure all annual and monthly financial targets are achieved.
• Monitor performance data (sales and operational) and KPIs’ pertaining to sales and revenue data and provide timely management reports.
• Monitor and analyze market competitions and figures / trends and recommend change strategy to ensure actions are taken to maximize per flight revenue.
• Lead, coach, and review performances across different teams for job rotation if deemed appropriate to build an effective, highly motivated and good performance team.
• Visit, cultivate and maintain successful relationship with key and global accounts to ensure airlines’ representations are being properly and effectively promoted in the market.
• Monitor performance of ground handling agents including CTO and RHO and maintain fruitful cooperation relationship.
• Manage and assist in various special projects to cope with the future development of cargo business which may involve overseas business trips.
• Maintain excellent relationship with airlines’ principals (online and offline) at all levels.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• University graduate with minimum 10 years of working experience preferably with leadership functions in airlines or logistics industry.
• Knowledge on B777 freighter load planning is an advantage
• Strong negotiating, influencing, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Customer oriented, hard-working, self-motivated, mature, and goal driven.
• Proficient in PC applications and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel.
