Our client, a well-known company is currently looking for caliber to manage business and explore opportunities to recruit potential business partners.

Major duties and responsibilities including few core focus on Trade Term Management, Tenant Mix, Merchandise/Category Management, Event Promotion and Store Operations Management.  

Successful candidate will report to senior management in the group and be supported by respective  Managers.

To succeed in this role:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 12 years of sales operation and business development experience in  retail industry.
• Proven managerial skills in P&L, OTB, retail administration, inventory management, budgeting, cost control, people management and in-house marketing etc.
• An efficient team player with strong business acumen, effective problem solving, organizing and leadership skills. Result-oriented, proactive and aggressive.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua
• Be ready to take up challenges in promising attitude.
